Raised Floor Solutions, based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, was established in 2003 as a specialist composite flooring contractor. RFS is an approved supplier and installer of Kingspan Multideck Steel Decking products and a Tier 1 installer of Kingspan Access Flooring systems.
By combining the expertise of its four specialist trading divisions; Metaldeck Steel Decking, Metpark Car Parks, Metcon Concrete Floors and Access Flooring, Raised Floor Solutions can provide clients with a total structural flooring solution.
Kingspan Multideck and Kingspan Access Floor products are the most widely specified steel flooring systems within the UK and all steel floor deck products are CE marked in accordance with BS EN 1090-1 to execution class 4.
Raised Floor Solutions and its decking division, Metaldeck, is the first UK steel decking contractor to achieve CE marking for the design and procurement of composite steel floor decking. This, in combination with the use of the latest BIM (Building Information Modelling) software, sets the company apart from its competitors.
Raised Floor Solutions offers a full in-house design service backed by the latest Kingspan design software and professional indemnity insurance.
Early project involvement allows the company to value engineer the steel deck, concrete floor slab and access flooring elements to establish the most efficient design solution.
Working in partnership with Clients, Architects and Structural Engineers, Raised Floor Solutions technical team can advise on the most viable steel composite flooring solution to realise end user requirements by supplying CAD drawings and products to an ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
Teams of directly employed fully accredited operatives work throughout the UK to install all products to the highest quality standards and within the contract programme timescales.
